“ From the mysterious door on in the middle of the sidewalk to fantastical, Alice in Wonderland-inspired decor, this speakeasy meets steakhouse will not disappoint. The crispy risotto cakes and the filet mignon are the way to go. The risotto cakes came with a garlic herb aioli that was the perfect bright complement to the savory risotto. The filet was a quality cut with real flavor from the wine reduction and "cowboy butter". Accompanied by garlic mash and (rather salty) broccolini. This place gets busy, so make a reservation or sit at the bar. ”
“ Wasn't expecting to find much heading down to the Springs but found this gem just a block from the hotel. This is one of the coolest places that I've been to in a long time. From the entrance to the place itself, I can't say enough great things about the Rabbit Hole. From the moment you arrive, you know that you're in a special place. The service is top notch and everything there was really good. We got the garlic frites, the meat and cheese plate and I got the meatloaf. All of it was excellent especially the frites. Our group got a great table which was intimate and fun. The energy and vibe is incredible. You really feel like you're somewhere special. If you're visiting the Springs, don't miss this place! ”
“ Great food, great service, gun ambiance and great drinks Will definitely go again. I recommend this place! ”
“ This was a really fun experience. From the entrance, to the dining room decor to the menu and the food! The Great: The ambiance. So neat (but a bit chilly) The Good: Great cocktails! The Bad: I think just that it's cold in there. The Ugly: NA Came here while visiting Denver for work. Checked out this spot and loved it. Had good food, a neat experience and good service! ”
“ We love the Rabbit Hole. The staff is always amazing, the ambiance is excellent, and the food and drinks are nothing to slouch at! Get a reservation and come one down the Rabbit Hole! ”
“ From the minute I made our dinner reservations the experience was amazing. The Rabbit Hole is a very interesting place. You enter by going down into the restaurant from the street. The ambience is so stimulating so much to look at, So smooth and professional. Upon arriving for dinner our table was ready and we were seated. REN helped us with our selections with awesome recommendations. For dinner we selected Filet, Mac n' Cheese, Ribeye and Wedge Salad. All I can say was all 4 meals were so delicious and very much appreciated. For dessert we had the Moon Pie and Carrot Cake. The 4 of us shared the 2 desserts and were each brought a fresh dessert fork without even asking for them. The Rabbit Hole is a must go so if you haven't experienced it do so if you have it's time to go again. 5 Star to be sure. ”
“ Cozy little place that begs for a date night. We ordered three appetizers as our meal with a cocktail. The risotto cakes. They were crispy outside and soft in the middle. After they sit on the green sauce and with the red tomato sauce on the top, they get a bit soggy. They have a underlying cajun flavor. It's unexpected but pleasant. The fries were good. They were the sidewinder fries and perfectly crispy. Thoroughly enjoyed the dipping sauce. Hub enjoyed the sticky ribs. Said they had a Cajon flavor under tone as well. ”
“ While visiting Colorado Springs for work, we had made reservations for 5 at The Rabbit Hole in Downtown. Getting here was fairly easy with the GPS but finding the actual "restaurant" (we were looking for a building) was an event. We had no idea that it looked like the entrance to a substation! I thought how fitting and cool it looked for a rabbit hole in the middle of downtown Colorado Springs. It led us down a narrow staircase that led us to an underground bar and dining area. There were little "pockets" - or rabbit burrows - around the perimeter of the dining area where patrons and tables were situated. I was amused with the whole Alice in Wonderland theme. I thought it was genius! They even had clever names for menu items. The food we had was delicious. Most of us ordered steaks. It just seemed fitting with the very dim lighting. I barely finished a third of the steak because it was huge! It was the best thing I had during this trip! The service was great - our server came to check on us constantly. Overall, fantastic dining experience with a theme. The food was delicious and the service was great. I recommend making reservations. ”
“ I stumbled upon this place while I was visiting Colorado Springs for work. I thought it was super cool it used to be a morgue. How fitting for Halloween week! Their menu was very interesting as well. I ordered the rabbit meatloaf and the white rabbit cocktail that was on fire! I would definitely go here again. The food is so good and the atmosphere is to die for! ”
